IGP Nougat from Agramunt
Traditional nougat
If we say that we are in Agramunt, those who read it probably think of nougat. It is not in vain that Agramunt nougat dates back to 1741. Nowadays, the production process is still artisan. The IGP ensures the quality of the product and its production; a mixture of hazelnuts, almonds, honey, sugar or glucose syrup, angel bread and egg whites that make it irresistible. Torró d'Agramunt is tradition, present and also future.
